HOW WILL YOUR COMPANY BEST MEET MINE OR LOVED ONES NEEDS?
A senior assessor or manager will come to your home to talk to you about your wishes, likes, dislikes, goals and needs and we will compile a unique and bespoke care plan for you .We will select staff who you feel are the best match or may well understand your cultural needs better. We will always deliver care according to what suits you and not what suits us.
ARE YOUR STAFF FULLY VETTED ?
Our recruitment staff and managers are fully trained in "safer recruitment "procedures so as to select staff more carefully. All new staff have a 2 step interview process , are required to have 2 references , one of each must be professional and are subject to an enhanced DBS check. They are also character screened so have interview questions that have been devised by psychologists to try to ascertain an individual's morals and values .From the point of recruitment ALL field staff are regularly spot checked , monitored and mentored.
WILL YOUR STAFF BE ABLE TO ADAPT TO ANY CHANGING NEEDS ?
Should yours or your loved one's needs or condition change ,we will review these needs and goals and where necessary support you to liaise with other healthcare professionals such as nurses , GPs , occupational therapist , social workers etc ,so that you have a network of professionals working together to help you retain your independence ,comfort and dignity .We will always respond immediately and effectively to any change .Our staff are trained to be vigilant for signs of concerns and in the complications of many healthcare conditions, so they will always alert you and us when they feel a review is required.
